1. General

The website spiedyisrael.shop ("the Site") is operated by SPIEDY ISRAEL, a business operating in Israel. Using the Site and placing an order on it constitute agreement to these terms. These terms are addressed to all genders.

2. Who may order

Orders may be placed on the Site by persons aged 18 and over who hold a valid credit card or payment method in their name and a shipping address in Israel. Minors may order only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and prices

• Prices on the Site are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT as required by law.
• Images are for illustration only. There may be slight differences in color or appearance between the image and the product.
• The products are fan products and are not official products. The Site is not affiliated with Marvel, Disney or the rights holders of the character, and is not authorized on their behalf.
• We may update prices and promotions from time to time. The binding price is the price displayed at the time of ordering.
• In the event of an obvious clerical error in the price or product details, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

4. Ordering and payment

An order is considered confirmed after payment is approved. An order confirmation will be sent to the email you provided. If the product is out of stock or cannot be supplied, we will notify you and refund the full amount.

5. Shipping

Free shipping on orders over ₪⁠149.90 (≈ $48.21). Below that, shipping is ₪⁠20 (≈ $6.43). More details in the Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations and returns

Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations, as detailed in the Returns & Cancellations Policy.

7. Liability

• Products must be used for their intended purpose. Children should use the product under adult supervision.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount actually paid for the product. Nothing in this derogates from rights that cannot be waived by law.
• We are not responsible for delays or malfunctions caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping companies, communication failures or force majeure.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design and texts on the Site belong to the Site operator or to their rights holders. They may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Personal information is used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any use of the Site are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts in Israel, subject to consumer rights under law.
