The website spiedyisrael.shop is operated by SPIEDY ISRAEL, a business operating in Israel ("we"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why and how, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 to the law, and the regulations enacted under it.

What information we collect

• Details you provide when ordering or contacting us: name, phone, email, shipping and billing address, and the content of your inquiry.
• Transaction details: the products you ordered, the amount and the time of the order. Credit card details are processed by the payment providers, and we do not store them.
• Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, and pages you visited.

You are not legally required to provide us with information, but without certain details (such as name and address) we will not be able to process your order.

Why we use the information

• Handling orders, payment, shipping, cancellations and returns.
• Responding to inquiries and customer service.
• Securing the site, preventing fraud and complying with legal obligations.
• Sending marketing emails, only if you have agreed to this. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.

• Shopify – the commerce platform the store runs on, which stores and processes site and order data.

• Suppliers and shipping companies – which receive the details needed to prepare and ship the order.
