Returns & Cancellations Policy

This policy applies to orders on the SPIEDY ISRAEL website (spiedyisrael.shop), operated by SPIEDY ISRAEL, a business operating in Israel. The policy was written in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (Section 14C) and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010. In case of conflict, the provisions of the law prevail.

Cancelling a purchase

• You may cancel a purchase from the day the order is placed until 14 days from the day you receive the product, or from the day you receive the document detailing the transaction, whichever is later.
• A person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65 or over) and a new immigrant, as defined by law, may cancel up to 4 months from the date of the transaction, from the day the product is received or from the day the document detailing the transaction is received, whichever is later, provided that the transaction included a conversation between the business and the consumer, including a conversation via electronic communication. We may ask you to present an appropriate certificate.

You can submit a cancellation notice in any of the following ways:

The notice must include your full name, order number and contact details.

Cancellation fee

For a cancellation that is not due to a defect, non-conformity or non-delivery, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, will be charged. For a cancellation due to a defect in the product, non-conformity with the details provided, or late delivery, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Returning the product

After cancellation, the product must be returned, in its original packaging where possible. We will contact you to arrange the return. For a cancellation due to a defect or non-conformity, the cost of collection or return will be borne by us.

Refund timing

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the same payment method used for the purchase, less the cancellation fee if applicable. We will also cancel the charge for the transaction.

Defective or wrong product

Received a defective or wrong product? Write to us with your order number and a photo of the product, and we will handle a replacement or refund.
